We can support groups of 5+ participants through our 60-90 minute sessions. We'll bring in an extra facilitator for every 20-30 participants. For large organisations, we run the workshops in parallel breakout rooms. Everyone starts their training in a whole-group call before being allocated a more intimate breakout group for the activities. All groups reunite at the end of training to share positive experiences and insights, and cement the broader shared experience.
